Bianca probably didn't put too much thought in her words. PERSONAL OPINION: She has a valid point. But the government has the right to protect and provide shelter for its citizens. Kaya talagang kargo ng gobyerno ang pagpapabahay sa kanila. They just have to be relocated well and given a start-up which they can use for a better life.
