The hunt for the next Resorts World Manila (RWM) ambassador of goodwill is on. Witness the glitz and glamor as the country’s first one-stop, nonstop tourism destination for ultimate thrills hosts the prestigious search for the young lady who will be crowned Miss Resorts World Manila 2013.
With over P1.5 Million worth of cash and prizes at stake, including an exclusive holiday cruise to Hong Kong via Star Cruises, the Miss Resorts World Manila experience truly grants every girl’s runway fantasy wish.
As RWM’s brand ambassador for an entire year, Miss Resorts World Manila 2013 will play a key role in events hosting, radio and TV guestings, fashion show and print ad modeling, and representing RWM in various events and activities.
The search for the next Miss Resorts World Manila began last September with a rigorous screening process that saw hundreds of beautiful girls audition to earn a spot in the final roster. The field was then narrowed down to 19 contestants, namely; Jamie Herrell, Diane Joyce Ramirez, Samantha Purvor, Regine Chung, Roz Mikaela Callejo, Avonlea Paraiso, Zahara Soriano, Erika San Buenaventura, Jaysel Arrozal, Elizabeth Sese, Natasha Julian, Anjellica Lopez, Priscilla Kim Dela Cruz, Nikita Pia McElroy, Roxanne Curloy, Canielle Faith Santos, Abigail Joyce Mendoza, Rhea Nakpil, and Gabrielle Runnstrom.
This year’s finalists are slated to be officially presented to the media on October 1 during a swimsuit competition to be held at The Plaza in Newport Mall. The presentation will then be followed by a talent show that will feature all the contestants’ creative skills to be held on October 2.
Before the Final Runway at the Newport Performing Arts Theater on November 30, the finalists will participate in a series of exciting events and activities including personality development training; hair, make-up and wardrobe seminars; and styling and fashion workshops among others. All the contestants will also be part of a glamorous fashion show while selected candidates will be included in the Resorts World Manila 2014 Calendar.
